- Prepare the Beef:
- Season the beef cubes with salt and black pepper.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Brown the beef cubes in batches, ensuring each side is well-seared. Transfer to a slow cooker.
- Cook the Onions:
- In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of olive oil.
