Cooking Instructions
  1. Heat olive oil over medium-high heat, add ground beef, and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
  2. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, stirring for 3 minutes until onions are translucent.
  3. Stir in carrots, bell peppers, and zucchini, cooking 5 minutes until tender-crisp.
  4. Add tomato paste, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, dried thyme, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth.
  5. Cover skillet, reduce heat to low, and let simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. Stir in frozen peas, cook for 2 minutes until heated through, then serve hot.
