  • 2 cloves Garlic Cloves minced
  • 3 scallions Green Onions sliced diagonally
For the Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cornstarch mixed with water

Preparation Steps
  1. Chop bell peppers, broccoli, and carrots into thin, uniform pieces.
  2. Warm sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  3. Add diced ham, stirring occasionally until edges turn golden-brown.
  4. Toss in garlic, carrots, broccoli, snap peas, and bell peppers; stir-fry until crisp-tender.
  5. Whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, and cornstarch slurry until smooth.
  6. Pour sauce into skillet, stirring constantly until it thickens.
  7. Sprinkle sliced green onions on top, give a final toss, and serve hot.
