Method
 

Preparation

  3. Pat cod fillets dry with paper towels and place them skin-side down on the prepared sheet.
  4. Press the herby breadcrumb mixture firmly onto each fillet's top.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the crust turns golden and the cod flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Transfer fillets to plates, squeeze fresh lemon wedges over each, and finish with chopped parsley.
